  1. Acting as Luxembourg Lender’s counsel in real estate and Private Equity financing transactions.

  1. Legal advice to a foreign institution in the framework of an EU program for the development of a secondary mortgage market: securitization (RMBS and CMBS) and covered bonds.

  1. Legal advice in both Luxembourg and foreign structured finance & securitization transactions.

  1. Legal advice in derivatives transactions involving a Luxembourg counterparties.

  1. Advisor to banks, professionals of the financial sector, insurance and reinsurance companies on regulatory matters including launch of new businesses with or without EU passport.

  1. Legal advice with respect to anti-money laundering, banking and professional secrecy laws and regulations.

  1. Legal advice regarding publicly traded companies, securities laws, and capital market regulations in Luxembourg, admission to listing and prospectus, corporate governance issues.

  1. Advisor in asset finance and group financing, assistance in the negotiation, drafting or reviewing of transaction documents such as loans, facility and credit agreements, pledge and security interests and related corporate documentation.

  1. Advisor to international groups of companies, banks and professionals of the financial sector in mergers & acquisitions transactions, assistance during the due diligence process, negotiations, drafting of agreements and issuance of legal opinions.
