Fund structuring, formation and registration in a range of asset classes including mainly real estate and private equity funds: After collecting information on the fund project, we identify the most appropriate amongst the Luxembourg vehicles, from the new special limited partnership, unregulated Soparfis or regulated products such as SIFs or SICARs;
AIFM Law compliance: assistance in the assessment of the application of the AIFM legislation; assistance in the preparation of the application file, submission to and liaising with the Luxembourg regulator (the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier);
